Lyra is transforming access to life-changing mental health care through Lyra Empower, the only fully integrated, AI-powered platform combining the highest-quality care and technology solutions.

Reporting directly to the Senior Director, International Product, this senior individual contributor role is responsible for executing feature roadmaps, localising core capabilities for target markets, and streamlining platform integration. As a key product lead, you will act as a primary bridge between cross-functional international teams, core US engineering, and operational stakeholders to deliver high-impact digital health features efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Feature Localisation & Delivery: Lead the day-to-day execution and localisation of international product capabilities across Workforce Mental Health and Lyra Wellbeing, ensuring full compliance with local regulatory and clinical requirements.

  • Platform Integration & Automation: Partner with engineering teams to integrate regional feature requirements into core platform architecture, reducing operational overhead and manual workarounds.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Engineering, Data, Operations, Clinical Governance, and Legal teams to ensure feature releases meet high standards of quality and operational readiness.

  • Product Analytics & Tracking: Monitor product performance metrics and telemetry to identify friction points, optimise member experience, and evaluate feature adoption across international cohorts.

  • Go-To-Market Support: Partner with Commercial and Customer Success teams to provide technical clarity on feature functionality, helping translate product capabilities for enterprise clients during launches.

  • Agile Backlog Prioritisation: Maintain and prioritise a clear product backlog, translating strategic directives into detailed user stories and sprint objectives.

  • Technical Expertise Required
  • Agile & Product Frameworks: Practical experience in modern product management practices, Agile/Scrum development cycles, and backlog prioritisation.

  • Software & Ecosystem Tools: Hands-on experience using product development tools, including Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Slack, and Google Workspace.

  • Platform Localisation: Working knowledge of internationalisation (i18n), localisation (l10n), API integrations, and enterprise SaaS workflows.

  • Product Analytics: Familiarity with telemetry and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Sigma) to track user behaviour and feature success.

  • Experience & Qualifications
  • Experience Level: Minimum of 6–8 years of digital product management experience, preferably within digital health, telehealth, or enterprise SaaS environments.

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading cross-functional project teams and delivering complex feature rollouts without direct managerial authority.

  • Stakeholder Alignment: Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey product roadmaps and technical requirements effectively to cross-functional peers and leadership.

  • Analytical & Business Judgment: Strong business judgment with a data-driven approach to solving operational and technical challenges.

  • Collaborative Mindset: Promotes a constructive, inclusive team environment through active listening, clear feedback, and alignment with Lyra's mission and values.
