About Radiant
Radiant is redefining how AI infrastructure is built. We design and operate AI-native infrastructure platforms engineered for sovereignty, performance, and scale — powering GPU-native workloads, multi-tenant control planes, and high-performance AI systems for the most demanding environments. We are building purpose-built AI infrastructure from powered land, to compute, to software.
As we scale our operations and deploy capital into the next generation of AI infrastructure, we are looking to expand our finance team with leaders who can combine technical strength with execution excellence and are driven to build.
Radiant was established by Brookfield, a leading global alternative asset manager with over US$1 trillion of assets under management across real estate, infrastructure, renewable power and transition, private equity and credit. Brookfield's global relationships, investment expertise and access to long-term institutional capital provide Radiant with a differentiated platform from which to develop, finance and operate AI infrastructure assets. This combination of entrepreneurial execution and institutional sponsorship enables Radiant to pursue large-scale GPU and AI infrastructure opportunities globally.
About the Role
As we expand our portfolio of AI factories, GPU clusters, and supporting infrastructure, we are hiring a Manager – Group Reporting to join the team.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role, and a genuine opportunity for an entrepreneurial accountant to build something meaningful. You'll be the trusted voice on group financial information, the person execs call when they need to understand true profitability across entities and clusters, the person investors rely on for accurate consolidated numbers, and the leader building a world-class reporting function from the ground up. You'll scale the growing Group Reporting team and drive processes that keep pace with rapid business expansion. If you're an ambitious accountant who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to be a core part of building Radiant's financial infrastructure, this is your role.
What You'll Do

Lead month-end and year-end close cycles that keep pace with rapid growth, consolidating entities across multiple jurisdictions while maintaining audit-ready quality.
Own IFRS consolidation and intercompany accounting, eliminating the noise so leadership sees true group profitability and liquidity position.
Collaborate across engineering, HR, operations, and marketing teams -translating financial data into insights that inform business decisions and ensuring finance is a true partner in building cohesive company communication.
Manage the audit relationship as the exec team's partner, ensuring external auditors have confidence in our controls and processes.
Build and develop the growing Group Reporting team, creating a high-performing function that scales with the business. You'll hire, train, and develop finance professionals, setting the tone for excellence and building a culture where people want to grow their careers.
Partner across finance and operations to understand the business drivers behind the numbers, becoming a strategic advisor not just a reporter.
Support strategic decision-making by translating complex multi-entity transactions into clear financial data and metrics.
Drive continuous improvement, building world-class, controls driven processes that champion AI-driven reporting tools and automation to increase speed, accuracy, and scalability as we grow.
What You'll Bring

Strong technical skills withdvanced Excel, PowerPoint for reporting, and ability to transition to enterprise accounting software.
