Aufgaben
Key responsibilities
- Investor and business development: Recherchiere VCs und Angels, bereite Pitches vor, CRM-Pflege und Follow-ups
- Admin & Finance: Bewinge Steuern und Rechnungen, Budgets Förderungs-Papierkram, Labor- und Bürobedarf
- Special projects: Alles von Accelerator-Bewerbungen für den Arbeitsalltag
- Tooling and Processes: Designe leane Prozesse für den Arbeitsalltag
Qualifikation
Qualifications and Experience:
- Klares Englisch in Schrift und Wort
- Deutsch min. Level C1
- Bewiesenes Organisationstalent: Du bist ordentlich und beherrscht u.a. MS Office, Notion, OneDrive, LinkedIn
- Proaktives Problemlösen: Du erkennst und löst Bottlenecks, bevor sie am Tisch der Gründerin landen
- Adlerauge für Details (wir werden es testen).
- Nice-to-haves: grundlegende Biotech-Begriffe, Illustrator/Canva/Figma, Erfahrungen mit deutscher Bürokratie, Hintergrund in Finanzen/Business/BWL
