About the Role
Join a product engineering team building AI-powered software for certification, inspection, and compliance workflows. You will work directly with customer operations and the founders to turn real-world challenges into production-ready systems that improve how this work gets done.
What You'll Do
Embed with customer teams to understand how certification, inspection, and compliance processes work in practice.
Lead customer calls, write specifications, and build end-to-end solutions across frontend, backend, data models, and AI capabilities.
Take ownership of product areas and ship working software to production quickly.
Observe users working with your software and iterate based on their feedback.
Use judgment to distinguish customer requests that generalize from those that are specific to one workflow.
Analyze customer documents and outputs to develop AI-powered workflows for scheduling, technical review, conformity assessment, field inspection, and document intelligence.
What We're Looking For
Three to six years of experience as a full-stack engineer, with a track record of shipping production systems to users.
Experience with TypeScript, Python, React, Node.js, SQL, and cloud infrastructure.
Familiarity with AI and machine learning, large language models, or document intelligence.
Comfort working closely with customers and translating complex operational processes into robust software.
Forward-deployed engineering, founding-team, or founder experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: £100,000 to £160,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

On-site in Shoreditch, London, England, United Kingdom.
