Acting as a key bridge between clients and cross-functional teams, this role drives seamless day-to-day project execution, ensuring clear communication, creative alignment, and exceptional results across every initiative.</p> <p></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">The Role:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto"> </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">R</span></strong><strong><span data-contrast="auto">ole &amp; Responsibilities:  </span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li>Build relationship with clients based on trust and credibility.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal account leads on supporting day-day project management through the content, strategy and creative departments.</li> <li>Support in internal and client meetings, presentations, and calls; prepare relevant documents, including agendas, presentation decks and follow up communications, etc.</li> <li>Evaluate copy, layouts, artwork, media plans and productions materials and make suggested revisions in keeping with agreed upon strategies and business objectives.</li> <li>Keep agency team informed of client requests and changes; anticipate potential problems and potential implications; proactively develop and execute solutions.</li> <li>Proactively contribute to manage project scope and budget; notify manager of client requests that fall outside of scope; alert client of financial and timing implications; secure client approval to proceed and revise budgets as needed.</li> <li>Analyze program results, summarize findings, and recommend program enhancements and/or changes to improve going forward.</li> <li>Assist senior leadership in the development of program recaps and associated presentations for clients based on analysis of results and recommendation.</li> <li>Monitor status of work-in-progress and client budgets; lead internal status meetings with finance and project management; review estimates/billing and approve invoices.</li> </ul> <hr> <h3><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Skills:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></h3> <ul> <li>Scientific Degree completed with Marketing/Economics specialization.</li> <li>2 years' experience in the industry</li> <li>Communication – both written and spoken.</li> <li>Comprehensive and current knowledge of the Agency’s offerings and industry trends.  </li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span class="normaltextrun"><span lang="EN-GB"><span lang="EN-GB">We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
