Deine Aufgaben (Marketing, SEO & Growth)
Website & SEO (Wix)
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer Wix-Website
- Umsetzung von SEO-Optimierungen (Onpage & Content)
- Keyword-Recherche & Erstellung von Landingpages
- Optimierung auf Google-Rankings & Conversion
Social Media (LinkedIn, facebook, Instagram & mehr)
- Planung & Erstellung von Content für LinkedIn, facebook, Instagram & mehr
- Aufbau von Reichweite und Markenpositionierung
- Entwicklung von Content-Strategien zur Leadgenerierung
- Testing neuer Kanäle & Formate
Growth & Leadgenerierung
- Entwicklung von Funnels & Kampagnen
- Optimierung von CTAs und Conversion-Strecken
- Analyse & Weiterentwicklung anhand von KPIs
Qualifikation
- Studium im Bereich Marketing, BWL, Kommunikation oder Digital Business
Erste Erfahrung in:
- Social Media (LinkedIn, weitere)
- Website-Tools (z. B. Wix, WordPress o. Ä.)
- SEO
- Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Interesse an datengetriebenem Marketing & Growth
Deutschkenntnisse auf Muttersprachenniveau sowie eine ausgeprägte sprachliche Ausdruckssicherheit und stilistische Kompetenz in Wort und Schrift werden vorausgesetzt.
Nice to have:
- Analytics / Tracking Kenntnisse
- B2B Marketing Verständnis
- Erste Erfahrung mit Ads / Performance Marketing
