Job Description

Salary: £40,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Experience supporting hardware, IoT devices, consumer electronics or IT equipment
  • Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
  • Clear and patient customer communication
  • Experience with ticketing or helpdesk platforms
  • A proactive and curious approach with strong ownership
  • Willingness to work predominantly onsite in Birmingham
Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot technical and connectivity issues
  • Guide customers through setup and software updates
  • Diagnose hardware, software and network faults
  • Investigate returned products and resolve repairable issues
  • Manage support tickets and escalate complex faults to engineering
  • Support warranty claims, returns and replacement parts
