Technical Support & Product Trainer

Salary: £48,000 - 88,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require at least 1 year of experience in customer service, a shared services center, or a hotline environment.
• We value strong analytical skills to identify the best solution for customers, even in complex cases.
• We appreciate an electrical understanding of product functionality and wiring, such as voltage, current, and cabling.
• We are looking for a friendly and professional demeanor on the phone and by email.
• We value customer service orientation, openness, willingness to learn, team spirit, and a strong focus on quality.
• We need good communication skills, a positive attitude, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of additional languages such as Italian or French is an advantage.
• We require good German language skills.
• We require a willingness to travel about 50% of the time.
• We require a good internet connection for remote work.

Responsibilities:

• We provide technical customer service by phone and email.
• We analyze and identify error patterns.
• We support the commissioning and ongoing operation of energy storage systems.
• We carry out remote maintenance using current remote maintenance tools.
• We track and manage cases in a ticket system.
• We process tickets independently through to finding a solution, including ordering spare parts when necessary.
• We present and explain our storage systems to installers at webinars, exhibitions, and events.
