Tech Lead .Net

Salary: £60,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for a hands-on engineer within the .NET tech stack.
• We want someone who enjoys mentoring others within the team.
• We need strong communication skills and experience working in a consultative role with stakeholders.
• We value someone who can ask the right questions and show humility when they do not know something, while knowing how to find the answer.
• We are looking for someone with the confidence to push back, assess what is viable, and guide the client appropriately.
• We want a solid .NET engineer who has worked with Umbraco, Sitecore, or other CMS platforms, or has a desire to learn.

Responsibilities:

• We want you to take ownership of the technical direction of projects.
• We need you to work hands-on in software development.
• We expect you to liaise with stakeholders and support the client in a consultative way.
• We want you to mentor other team members.
• We need you to challenge unrealistic timescales and suggest workable solutions that keep the client engaged.
