Staff Customer Success Engineer - Prisma AIRS

Salary: £70,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• We have 5+ years of experience as a Staff, Senior, or Lead Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Architect, Senior DevOps Engineer, or Technical Consultant within application security, network security, or data security.
• We have a proven track record of managing technical success and engineering outcomes for large enterprise client portfolios.
• We have direct expertise in data and information security, advanced API orchestration, and the AI ecosystem, including agentic deployments and LLM vulnerabilities.
• We have a deep hands-on background in modern application development, software development lifecycles, and software-defined networking concepts.
• We have advanced mastery of AI automation platforms and agentic developer tools such as Claude Code to build and customize secure enterprise integrations.
• We have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex security architecture to engineering teams and C-suite leaders.
• We have advanced proficiency with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, JIRA, Gainsight, and Tableau to build account health models and reduce renewal risk.
• We are open to occasional travel for on-site strategic client deployments and enterprise rollouts.

Responsibilities:

• We serve as the lead technical authority, architecting and deploying complex, scalable security solutions across global client environments.
• We translate enterprise business needs into robust technical blueprints.
• We provide technical expertise in Prisma AIRS, including capacity planning, technology lifecycle governance, and upgrades in mission-critical infrastructure.
• We guide Fortune 500 enterprises on embedding intelligent agents and automated security frameworks into core product workflows.
• We assess client AI adoption maturity and align vendor innovation with enterprise business goals.
• We use predictive data analytics and operational metrics to assess customer health, identify operational risks, and reduce churn.
• We design and lead Executive Business Reviews that connect technical health metrics to business outcomes.
• We act as the primary technical escalation point for critical production environments.
• We partner with Product Management, Core Engineering, and Sales leadership to influence product roadmaps and develop new enterprise use cases.
