Solutions Architect - Salesforce

Salary: £74,000 - 97,000 per year

Requirements:

• 5 years experience delivering Salesforce architecture, solution design and implementation projects, ideally within financial services environments.
• Strong practical knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), alongside broader experience across the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.
• Solid development capability across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Salesforce APIs and Flow Builder, with a good understanding of modern Salesforce development practices.
• Experienced in designing and delivering integrations using APIs, ETL/ELT processes and iPaaS technologies such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato or Azure Data Factory.
• Comfortable working with Salesforce deployment and release processes, including CI/CD tooling such as Copado and Gearset, as well as platforms including Azure DevOps, GitHub and Jenkins.
• Proven ability to operate across both technical architecture and hands-on development, with experience leading and supporting development teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across clients, technical delivery teams and internal stakeholders.
• Experience within asset or wealth management, involvement in pre-sales activity, or a track record of developing reusable technical solutions/accelerators would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with senior client stakeholders across Marketing, Sales and Service to understand what is broken.
• Design and lead delivery of Salesforce-centric architecture that fixes business and technical challenges.
• Operate as Lead Developer on the most complex elements of delivery.
• Shape the accelerators and standards used across our wider practice.
• Take ownership of designing and delivering Salesforce-based solutions to address client needs.
• Lead development across more complex areas.
• Contribute to wider practice standards, reusable solutions and technical accelerators.
