Solutions Architect

Salary: £53,249 - 53,249 per year

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
• Experience in solution architecture or technical leadership within digital or technology projects, designing end-to-end technical solutions
• Experience designing solutions and integrations for enterprise-level systems, producing solution-level architecture documents and diagrams
• Experience working with cloud platforms and modern SaaS solutions
• Experience in a membership, charity or regulated environment would be advantageous

• Shape our technology landscape by designing end-to-end solutions that support our Enterprise Transformation portfolio
• Work closely with colleagues, stakeholders and suppliers
• Provide technical leadership
• Ensure solutions align with our standards and security requirements
• Help deliver innovative technology that supports our mission to lead and advance structural engineering worldwide

We are IStructE, a charity and the professional body for structural engineers with a global membership. Our work focuses on creating safer structures for the public, supporting environmental sustainability, and helping talented people from all backgrounds find and develop a route into the profession. We are a staff team of about 80 people, based on the edge of the city in a bright, modern, open-plan office in London, Farringdon, with hybrid working available.
