Software Developer - Manchester (.NET/C#)

Salary: £62,000 - 102,000 per year

Requirements:

• C#, T-SQL, ASP.Net, WCF, and HTML5/CSS3
• At least 5 years of commercial experience
• Excellent development skills and broad framework experience
• Good communication skills
• Ability to capture and understand requirements and translate them from design to implementation
• Desirable: ASP.MVC, Telerik Kendo UI or other JavaScript frameworks, and Mono/iOS/Android development
• Desirable: MS Certification, Crystal Reports, and Agile methodologies
• Desirable: Experience in the order and warehouse management sectors

Responsibilities:

• Work as a talented .Net developer with broad framework experience
• Capture and understand requirements and translate them from design to implementation
• Work closely with the software development director to improve the overall design and architecture of our products
• Provide mentoring to other members of the team
• Introduce new and exciting technologies across the product range
• Initially focus on a project to build a fully electronic pick and pack system using mobile devices
• Contribute to the development of the core web-based business application
• Develop fully featured e-commerce responsive websites
• Develop a forms-based ePOS solution and other products
