SITS StuTalk Developer

Salary: £137,500 - 150,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong SITS StuTalk development experience is essential
• SITS development experience
• PL/SQL experience
• Java experience or experience with another programming language
• Experience working with data configuration within enterprise applications
• Experience with system integrations and data interfaces
• Higher Education sector experience is desirable
• HTML knowledge is desirable
• Experience with source control tools such as Git, SVN, or SourceSafe is desirable
• Exposure to Linux or Windows server environments is desirable

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and support SITS StuTalk interfaces
• Build and support integrations between SITS and third-party systems
• Work with student records data and configuration
• Troubleshoot and resolve system integration issues
• Support ongoing enhancements and improvements to our SITS environment

We are a leading Higher Education organisation seeking two SITS StuTalk Developers for an initial 6-month contract. This role focuses heavily on SITS StuTalk development and system integrations, supporting the delivery and maintenance of data interfaces between SITS and third-party applications. We are looking for candidates with proven StuTalk development experience, as general SITS support alone will not be sufficient. The role is remote with ideally one day per week on site, with some flexibility for the right candidate. The rate is £600 per day inside IR35, with potential flexibility for the right candidate.
