Senior Solutions Architect AWS Startups

Salary: £63,000 - 103,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent experience in a professional field or military.
• We require experience in IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.
• We require experience within specific technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics.
• We require experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• We require experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive-level stakeholders or clients.
• Preferred: knowledge of SAP systems and their architecture and infrastructure needs.
• Preferred: experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking.
• Preferred: experience working with end user or developer communities.

Responsibilities:

• We work directly with customers to accelerate their projects and recommend best-practice architectures aligned with their long-term business outcomes.
• We act as trusted advisors for startups and tailor our guidance to customer priorities and business value.
• We work backwards from customer needs and find inventive ways to add value using AWS and our partners technology.
• We capture and share the voice of the customer to influence the roadmap for new AWS features and services.
• We contribute to technical content and reference architectures, including white papers, code samples, and blog posts.
• We evangelize and educate about AWS technology through workshops, user groups, meetups, public speaking, online videos, and conferences.
• We meet with customers regularly to design and operate well-architected solutions.
• We collaborate with internal teams and experts to craft scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures.
