Senior Software Engineer
Job Description
Salary: £60,000 - 65,000 per year
Requirements:- Commercial experience with Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, and React
- Comfortable working with cloud technologies, primarily AWS and Azure
- Previous consultancy experience is useful but not essential
- Must be a British passport holder and have lived permanently in the UK for the last 5 years to be eligible for security clearance
- Design, develop, and test software solutions
- Work with a wide range of technologies, with a focus on open-source libraries and components
- Build CI pipelines, such as GitLab, to monitor and ensure software quality and security
- Deploy to public cloud environments, including AWS and Azure, as well as private cloud environments
- Work across the full software lifecycle, including concept, requirements, architecture, implementation, delivery, training, support, and ongoing maintenance

We are growing and looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer with strong Java skills to join a live project within our Central Government team. The role is home-based or available in Bristol, London, or Manchester, with bi-weekly visits to London.
