Senior QA Automation Engineer

Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong experience in automation testing
• Hands-on experience with UI and API automation testing
• Strong knowledge of test design, automation, and QA best practices
• Experience with Playwright and Java, JavaScript, or another object-oriented language
• Experience writing SQL queries
• Experience working with AWS and SaaS products
• Solid understanding of Agile development practices
• Must be eligible for Security Clearance

Responsibilities:

• Lead QA activities within the development team and champion quality
• Design and execute test strategies for new products and features
• Review solution designs to identify quality risks and recommend improvements
• Develop and maintain end-to-end automated tests using Playwright
• Perform manual and automated testing across UI and API layers
• Monitor test and production environments and support defect resolution
• Continuously improve test coverage, QA processes, and automation frameworks
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality releases
