Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant – Compensation & Benefits

Salary: £49,000 - 66,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require active SC Clearance, or SC Clearance that has lapsed and can be reactivated.
• You will have multiple full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, specifically in Compensation & Benefits.
• You will have deep Fast Formula configuration experience.
• You will have a track record of leading workshops that clients value.
• You will have the confidence to advise on leading practice and the communication skills to bring clients with you.
• You will be operating at a senior level in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation & Benefits.

Responsibilities:

• We lead solution design for Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation & Benefits from workshop through to go-live.
• We advise clients on leading practice and help shape what they should do, not just what Oracle can do.
• We run and own design workshops, playbacks, and validation sessions.
• We configure Fast Formula for complex compensation logic.
• We design onboarding journeys and approval workflows.
• We coach and upskill colleagues across our Oracle practice.
• We build trusted client relationships that support long-term partnerships.
