Senior Data Engineer (Databricks)
Job Description
Salary: £69,000 - 72,000 per year
Requirements:- We require at least 3 years of experience working with Databricks, building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and lakehouse architecture.
- We require proficiency integrating data from multiple marketing and enterprise platforms, such as GA4, Salesforce, and CRM or martech tools.
- We require advanced SQL and strong Python skills, with the ability to build features and data models that support analytics and data science use cases.
- We value experience with, or strong interest in, attribution modelling, MMM, or marketing analytics data structures.
- We design, build, and maintain data pipelines that power our marketing analytics and decision-making.
- We build and optimise data pipelines from a wide range of sources into our unified Databricks lakehouse.
- We create a single source of truth across brand, paid media, social, and CRM data.
- We work closely with marketing, analytics, and data stakeholders to develop feature sets and data models.
- We support dashboards, attribution, and marketing mix modelling across the platform.
- We contribute to a large-scale, greenfield marketing data transformation programme.

We are a global leader in the mobility and vehicle rental sector, and we are building a major greenfield marketing data transformation programme. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our marketing analytics function, helping us bridge data engineering with analytics and data science. The position is based in Uxbridge, with three days per week in the office. The salary is up to £72,000 plus a 10% bonus and benefits.
