Senior AI Engineer - Agentic & Generative AI

Salary: £80,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong Python development experience building production AI applications.
• Proven experience developing Agentic AI, LLM, and RAG solutions.
• Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, and Azure AI Search.
• Understanding of LLM evaluation, AI safety, observability, and production deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver production-ready Agentic AI, Generative AI, and RAG solutions.
• Build autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex workflows.
• Develop multi-agent orchestration, tool integration, and advanced retrieval strategies.
• Optimise LLM performance through prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
• Work with Platform Engineering to deploy scalable AI services using Microsoft Azure.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to AI architecture and engineering best practices.
