SC Cleared ServiceNow Administrator

Requirements:

• Proven experience administering ServiceNow CMDB.
• Strong understanding of Configuration Management and CMDB best practices.
• Experience with CI data quality, Service Mapping, and Discovery.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and drive data governance.
• Active SC Clearance is essential; candidates without this will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain our ServiceNow CMDB in a BAU environment.
• Ensure CI accuracy and data quality.
• Maintain new and updated service mappings.
• Monitor and improve Discovery data quality.
• Support our ServiceNow Centre of Excellence (CoE).
• Participate in our CMDB working group.
• Drive outcomes with CI Data Owners.
• Produce CMDB reporting and governance metrics.
