SC Cleared Network Solutions Architect

Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require active SC clearance via MOD.
• We need strong technical expertise in routing, switching, and network appliances.
• We need strong knowledge of Cisco Catalyst and Cisco Nexus platforms.
• We need a deep understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols and network architecture.
• We need experience with F5 load balancers, including LTM and GTM.
• We need familiarity with firewall technologies and network security principles.
• We need understanding of voice over IP and IP/MPLS network environments.
• We need strong interpersonal and consultative skills.

Responsibilities:

• We design high-level and low-level network solutions for complex network infrastructures.
• We ensure our designs align with customer requirements, industry best practices, and internal standards.
• We support presales activities by collaborating with our Presales team to define and present network solutions.
• We participate in customer meetings to understand technical requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• We act as a technical liaison between the customer and our internal teams.
• We conduct workshops and technical discovery sessions to gather detailed requirements.
• We oversee network changes and implementations to ensure alignment with approved designs.
• We provide guidance and support to implementation teams during deployment phases.

We are recruiting for a long-term, fully remote SC Cleared Network Solutions Architect contract role based in Reading, UK. This is an inside IR35 position with a daily rate of GBP 350.00 to 385.00.
