Requirements:

• Hands-on Salesforce Vlocity platform architecture, design, development, and implementation experience
• Experience with Vlocity CPQ and Order Management
• Experience implementing end-to-end CRM solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
• Ability to transform business requirements into Salesforce Vlocity functional and technical requirement specifications and solution design documentation
• Experience in requirements gathering, estimating scope of work, preparing proposals, and supporting pre-sales activities
• Experience conducting customer workshops during the project discovery phase
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Expertise in Lead Management, Quote to Cash, Case Management, and Call Centre processes
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using SOAP and REST APIs
• Experience with AppExchange products, Wave Cloud, and Salesforce Vlocity Marketing preferred
• Salesforce Vlocity CPQ and OM certifications preferred

More:

We are a global IT consultancy supporting a telecoms end client on a Salesforce integration programme. This is a 3-month rolling contract based in Newbury with hybrid working, requiring 2 days per week in the office and 3 days per week remote. The role offers up to £550 per day outside IR35 and an ASAP start, ideally in August 2026.
