Regional Security Manager UK & MENAT

Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Numerous years of experience in physical security, logistics security, or operational risk management within supply chain or warehouse environments.
• Strong knowledge of TAPA and CTPAT standards, physical security technologies, and facility protection measures.
• Proven ability in managing third-party vendor relationships and leading complex incident investigations.
• A BA/BS degree or professional security certification such as CPP or PSP is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee site security programs by conducting operational risk assessments across warehouses and distribution centres and designing tailored security protocols.
• Manage guard service vendors by directing third-party guard providers, handling contract performance, compliance obligations, and service delivery across assigned facilities.
• Optimise physical security infrastructure by collaborating with Global Real Estate and system integrators to deploy and maintain access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems.
• Lead incident response and investigations by coordinating root cause analyses for theft, loss, or security breaches and implementing preventive actions and loss prevention controls.
• Drive operational compliance and expansion by ensuring adherence to TAPA and CTPAT standards, tracking key performance metrics, and supporting security integration for new facility launches.
