Job Description

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Aptitude for user-centered, systems-oriented product design and the ability to understand user needs and ideate on scalable solution designs
  • Ability to contribute to and iterate on prototypes, independently and in partnership with design leads and UX teams
  • Experience in product, business analysis, project delivery, or technology delivery in an enterprise environment
  • Ability to write clear requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria, and maintain structured, high-quality documentation
  • Foundational understanding of, or strong interest in, reference data, taxonomies, metadata, and data governance
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Comfort partnering with UX and engineering teams in an Agile delivery environment
  • Exposure to enterprise reference data or taxonomy tools such as EBX or similar is preferred
  • Familiarity with Agile tools and practices such as Jira is preferred
  • Financial services experience is preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Support discovery for new features and enhancements by gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and clarifying user needs
  • Produce well-written user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting materials in partnership with UX and Engineering
  • Support the definition and maintenance of standard data models and taxonomy patterns, including structures, attributes, and naming conventions
  • Assist with documenting metadata and quality expectations to improve reuse and consistency
  • Create and maintain product documentation, including onboarding guides, FAQs, feature notes, and process playbooks, in line with team standards
  • Help strengthen the handoff from product design to delivery execution to ensure clarity and traceability
  • Support complex onboarding by documenting requirements, coordinating activities across teams, and tracking actions to completion
  • Help ensure solutions align to standard product patterns and are scalable
  • Partner with the Delivery sub-team to ensure feedback from user support, testing, and releases is captured and informs future product enhancements
  • Support refinement sessions and user testing coordination as needed

This position supports the ongoing evolution of taxonomy and reference data capabilities on the RDaaS Platform, helping shape product strategy, maintain high-quality documentation and standards, and support onboarding of users and tenants so the product remains consistent, governed, and easy to consume.
