Salary: £70,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:
  • We are looking for an experienced Product Owner or someone with a strong Agile delivery background.
  • We need experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or in Agile Product Delivery.
  • We need experience managing and prioritising product backlogs.
  • We need strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.
  • We need experience writing or refining user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
  • We need excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • We need experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
  • We need strong analytical skills and the ability to use customer insight and data to inform decisions.
  • We need experience using Jira or similar Agile delivery tools.
  • We need the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver at pace.
  • It would be great if you also have experience within Insurance or Financial Services.
  • It would be great if you also have experience launching new digital products or propositions.
  • It would be great if you also have knowledge of customer journey optimisation and product lifecycle management.
  • It would be great if you also have experience working with third-party suppliers or technology partners.
Responsibilities:
  • We will own, prioritise, and manage the product backlog, ensuring work is aligned to business priorities.
  • We will work closely with Business Analysts to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and product features.
  • We will act as the key link between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external delivery partners.
  • We will lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring delivery teams remain focused on the highest-value work.
  • We will champion customer needs and business outcomes throughout the product lifecycle.
  • We will monitor delivery progress across multiple Agile workstreams using Jira and other reporting tools.
  • We will identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies, and issues, escalating where appropriate.
  • We will validate completed work against business objectives and agreed acceptance criteria.
  • We will use customer insight, data, and performance measures to inform product decisions.
  • We will promote Agile best practice and support continuous improvement across delivery teams.

This is a hybrid role based in Home and Folkestone, with a salary of £60,000 to £70,000 depending on experience.
