Product Manager - Workday Products

Salary: £90,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• We have previous experience as a SaaS Product Manager in an Agile software development environment.
• We have a minimum of 5 years experience working on, analysing, building, marketing, pricing and launching software products or comparable experience supporting sales.
• We have Workday knowledge and experience.
• We have experience running beta and early adopter programs with customers or development partners, or experience in an architect capacity in a Workday IMPL / Phase X project.
• We have a proven track record of working closely with business analysts and product development leads or architects to advance functional and non-functional aspects of the product.
• Desirable: we have experience with Automated Testing Frameworks, Data Privacy, Compliance or document management products.
• Desirable: we have prior experience integrating AI into commercial products to solve real business problems.
• Desirable: we have Workday implementation experience.

Responsibilities:

• We understand the market, trends, and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• We are experts on our buyers, how they buy, and their buying criteria.
• We define the value proposition and measurable ROI for products and features.
• We own market segmentation to drive go-to-market activities.
• We manage the product roadmap across multiple functional areas.
• We lead problem discovery and analysis of market needs.
• We capture and articulate requirements from customers, prospects, and internal teams such as sales, presales, delivery, value teams, and Workday subject matter experts.
• We define and build solutions to address market and customer needs.
• We set pricing for feature add-ons and/or new product modules.
• We launch products and features, including organising and enabling internal teams such as delivery, marketing, and onboarding to maximise impact.
• We run beta and early adopter programs with customers or development partners.
• We measure success and ROI for us and our customers.
• We know our competition and how to maintain our leading market position.
• We sustain relationships with customers and technology partners.
• We advocate for the product within our company and externally.
• We articulate unique value propositions, create product messaging, and develop marketing campaigns.
• We equip our marketing, sales, and customer success teams with the knowledge and materials they need.
• We stay ahead of the curve through continuous research and direct engagement with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
• We monitor trends, analyse competitors, and refine our strategies.
• We mentor and guide junior members of the product team.
