Product Manager

Salary: £130,000 - 130,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager within Agile delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver digital products and services.
• Ability to prioritise competing demands and make informed product decisions.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and outcome-based delivery.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business and user needs into clear priorities and actionable delivery plans.
• Active SC Clearance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product delivery across key workstreams and product backlogs.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to define problems, shape solutions, and deliver user-focused outcomes.
• Balance business needs, user requirements, and technical constraints when making product decisions.
• Prioritise and manage product backlogs to maximise value and delivery outcomes.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Designers, Developers, and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Ensure requirements and product artefacts are maintained within Jira and Confluence.
• Support delivery planning, sprint activities, and roadmap development.
• Monitor product performance and measure outcomes against agreed objectives.
• Ensure products comply with relevant standards, governance, and delivery frameworks.

We are supporting a major digital transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team on a hybrid basis in Telford. This is a 6-month role with a rate of up to £500 per day and sits inside IR35. You will work closely with delivery teams, stakeholders, and business analysts to define priorities, shape roadmaps, and ensure our products deliver measurable value. We are looking for a collaborative, delivery-focused Product Manager who thrives in complex environments and is comfortable driving product vision, managing priorities, and keeping delivery teams focused on the right outcomes.
