Salary: £59,000 - 99,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Strong SQL, with daily experience writing queries against messy real-world data as a stand-alone subject matter expert.
  • Track record in product analytics, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment with multiple products or a reasonably complex data model.
  • Hands-on experience with Pendo or a comparable product analytics tool such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap.
  • Experience with a SQL-based exploration tool such as Hex, Mode, or similar.
  • Ability to tell a clear story with data, including building dashboards that are easy to understand and presenting findings to PMs or VPs with clarity and focus.
  • Pragmatic approach to working with imperfect data and making progress in real-world conditions.
  • Hands-on experience building AI/LLM-powered automation workflows, either in a business or personal context.
  • Nice to have: experience analysing AI/ML-powered product features.
  • Nice to have: exposure to HR tech, talent acquisition, or workforce data.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain reporting that product managers, engineering leads, and the executive team use to tell stories and make decisions, including recurring dashboards in Hex and one-off analyses for specific product questions.
  • Partner directly with PMs across the portfolio, including Talent CRM, Work Architecture, and Work Intelligence, to answer questions about usage, adoption, retention, feature performance, and conversion through key flows.
  • Maintain the product analytics tool stack, including Pendo and Hex, ensuring it is configured well, integrated properly, and accessible to PMs and designers.
  • Enable PMs to self-serve by building dashboards, templates, and documentation for routine questions.
  • Design and iterate AI agent workflows to automate prospecting, outreach, lead qualification, and follow-up.
  • Leverage LLM-powered tools to build scalable, autonomous product operations processes, including customer and market feedback operations, roadmap and planning, process and governance, and internal communication and team enablement.
  • Instrument agents with feedback loops and quality controls.
  • Evaluate emerging AI tooling and document agent architectures so workflows are reproducible and maintainable.
