IT Systems Trainer

Salary: £40,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for an IT Systems Trainer, Technology Trainer, Software Trainer or similar.
• We require strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
• We require experience designing and delivering engaging training using a variety of learning methods.
• We require excellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills.
• We need the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• We require strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• We are looking for a proactive, collaborative and customer-focused approach.
• Experience within a legal or professional services environment would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of legal case management systems, Learning Management Systems or change management methodologies would be beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• We design and deliver engaging training programmes across a range of business-critical IT systems.
• We develop user guides, video tutorials, e-learning content and other learning resources.
• We deliver onboarding and induction training for new employees.
• We support software upgrades, new system implementations and digital transformation projects.
• We deliver workshops, virtual training sessions and one-to-one coaching.
• We work closely with stakeholders to identify learning needs and improve user adoption.
• We monitor the effectiveness of training programmes and continually enhance learning content.
• We champion technology best practice and encourage colleagues to embrace new digital solutions.
