Requirements:- A minimum of 3 years IT desktop support in an enterprise environment (200+ users), including end user account administration, support, systems and device administration, and configuration
- Regular hands-on use and strong knowledge of Microsoft admin centres, including Entra, Intune, M365, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and security
- Good written and communication skills
- Provide effective resolution of end user compute issues to a high standard and in a timely manner for M365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and O365
- Accurately document user issues using third-party ticketing systems, such as Service Desk Plus
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot identity and access management using Microsoft native tools, including Entra and Defender
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot mobile and end user compute devices using Microsoft native tools, such as Intune
- Efficiently and effectively process user and asset lifecycle management tasks
- Administer enterprise application assessment and onboarding, including security reviews, authorisation, and provisioning via SSO and SCIM
- Administer wider IT support and governance toolsets, including ZTNA/SASE, backups, automated patching, and packaging of business apps

We are a non-profit organisation that supports the UK government with its Energy and Net Zero goals. This role sits within our Modern Workplace team, which supports end users desktop environments. The position is a 4-month contract offering £200 daily inside IR35, with hybrid working and 3 days per week based in our Manchester office.
