IT Operations Manager

Salary: £70,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Previous responsibility for an internal technology function within a multi-site organisation
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, infrastructure and cyber security
• Experience managing third-party suppliers, contracts and technology service delivery
• Knowledge of Cyber Essentials Plus, Power BI, SQL, reporting or Microsoft Copilot would be advantageous
• Experience supporting business-critical operational systems within a regulated or professional services environment

Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of our internal technology function and oversee external technology partners
• Ensure our cloud platforms, infrastructure and business systems remain secure, resilient and highly available
• Manage our Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments while maintaining cyber security and compliance standards
• Oversee our IT budgets, supplier relationships, contracts and service performance
• Support business projects, technology initiatives and continuous service improvements
• Maintain our disaster recovery, backup, business continuity arrangements and governance processes while providing technical escalation support where required
