Requirements:

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, networking, and peripheral environments.
• Experience working with Windows PCs and appliance-style devices, including rebuilding, reimaging, and configuration.
• Ability to triage complex technical issues, reproduce faults, validate fixes, and support root-cause analysis.
• Experience setting up and managing test labs and facilitating technical workshops.
• Knowledge of USB devices, printers, serial connections, routers, and network connectivity.
• Ability to carry out basic electrical and connectivity checks, including power, cabling, and continuity testing.
• Strong technical documentation skills, including troubleshooting guides and standard operating procedures.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with internal teams, external suppliers, and technical partners.

Responsibilities:

• Triage and investigate hardware, software, and infrastructure issues across Windows PCs, networking equipment, and peripheral devices.
• Set up and manage test labs to reproduce faults, validate fixes, and support technical investigations.
• Lead technical workshops with internal teams and third-party suppliers to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Rebuild, reimage, and configure Windows PCs and appliance-style devices.
• Diagnose issues involving USB devices, printers, serial connections, routers, and network connectivity.
• Perform basic electrical and connectivity checks, including power, cabling, and continuity testing.
• Produce clear technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and standard operating procedures.
• Work closely with software engineers, support teams, and external partners to identify root causes and implement repeatable solutions.
