IFS Security Architect

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with IFS Cloud security configuration
• Deep understanding of permissions, roles, and access models in IFS
• Experience with Aurena, projections, APIs, and integrations such as REST and OData
• Knowledge of Segregation of Duties and RBAC frameworks
• Experience in enterprise-scale ERP programmes across global or multi-site environments
• Exposure to controlled environments such as SOx, audit, and compliance
• Solid working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and IFS Connect
• Desirable: IFS or security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ITIL
• Desirable: Experience across cloud transformations or ERP upgrades
• Desirable: Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools

Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve our IFS Cloud security architecture, including roles, permission sets, and data and API security
• Embed RBAC, least privilege, and Segregation of Duties controls across programme delivery
• Translate business processes into scalable access models
• Lead security design, configuration, and governance across releases and go-lives
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare from a security perspective
• Partner with IT, business teams, and audit to ensure compliance with SOx, GDPR, and ISO requirements
