Head of Developer Services

Salary: £28,000 - 68,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are seeking an established leader with extensive experience operating within Developer Services, wastewater infrastructure or the wider water industry.
• You will have an in-depth understanding of NAVs, sewer adoptions, developer engagement and the commercial dynamics that underpin successful residential development.
• You will be able to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across both the Water Industry and the Housebuilding sector.
• You will be recognised for your professional credibility, commercial judgement and ability to influence at Board level.

Responsibilities:

• We will need you to report directly to the Group Board in a pivotal leadership position.
• We will need you to strengthen strategic relationships with national and regional housebuilders.
• We will need you to expand our Developer Services offering.
• We will need you to contribute directly to the commercial direction of the business.
• We will need you to work alongside the Board to develop long-term strategy.
• We will need you to enhance our market proposition.
• We will need you to identify new opportunities.
• We will need you to establish a Developer Services function recognised as the benchmark within the industry.
