ERP Account Manager

Salary: £50,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Previous account management, customer success, or sales experience
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Ability to have commercial conversations with customers
• Understanding of ERP projects and services
• Consultative approach rather than transactional selling style

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships across our existing customer base
• Identify opportunities for additional solutions and services
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
• Work closely with our consulting and delivery teams
• Understand customer challenges and align suitable solutions
• Support customer strategy and long-term account growth
• Represent our business as a trusted commercial advisor

We are an established Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Partner that is continuing to grow our customer base and commercial team. This is a relationship-focused, permanent account management role based in the UK, ideally in the Midlands or South, with hybrid working and customer travel. The salary is £50,000 to £55,000 plus car allowance and commission.
