Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant

Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

• 5 years experience delivering D365 CE solutions
• Strong functional knowledge across CE modules
• Proven experience building Power Automate flows
• Background working for a Microsoft Partner
• Confidence leading workshops and engaging with senior stakeholders
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable CE solutions
• Strong communication, documentation, and client-facing skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead functional delivery across D365 CE, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and core CRM
• Run discovery workshops and translate requirements into clear solution designs
• Configure CE, manage build cycles, and support testing and deployment
• Design and build Power Automate flows and low-code solutions
• Work closely with developers on integrations, customisations, and extensions
• Provide guidance, documentation, and best-practice leadership
• Support pre-sales, scoping, and solution shaping
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the project lifecycle

This is a senior, client-facing remote role open to candidates across the UK or Ireland, with occasional client visits. You will have high autonomy and influence over solution design, and there is clear progression into Lead and Principal roles.
