Salary: £62,000 - 102,000 per year

Requirements:
  • We are looking for proven, demonstrable previous experience in one or more of the areas relevant to this consulting role.
  • We value strong technical capabilities, particularly in data manipulation and analysis.
  • We expect programming experience in Python and SQL; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Experience with dashboarding tools such as Tableau or Power BI is beneficial, as is data visualisation using tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or kepler.gl.
  • We value understanding of version control, preferably Git.
  • Experience contributing to and improving technical playbooks is beneficial.
  • We look for solid knowledge of statistical methods and concepts.
  • Business acumen, including account management, relationship building, and commercial awareness, is important.
  • Management consulting expertise, including methodologies, frameworks, tools, and approaches to solve business problems, is beneficial.
  • Business analytics experience, using data and statistics to derive insights and support decisions, is valuable.
  • Experience in Agile project management and effective implementation of Agile principles is beneficial.
  • Clear and detailed client communication, including presentation and storytelling of technical concepts, is important.

Responsibilities:
  • We proactively engage with stakeholders to gather information, determine root causes of issues, and build strong relationships.

  • We provide technical project delivery by designing solutions, writing code, and conducting analysis.
  • We use data and management techniques to improve operational performance.
  • We provide technical feedback and identify opportunities to use data to derive insights and shape technical solutions.
  • We act as Project Manager on appropriate projects.
  • We actively contribute to team growth activities and operational tasks.
  • We identify and pursue opportunities and new work that benefit clients, including input to tenders and bids.
  • We seek out on-the-job and external training opportunities to improve our technical and management capabilities.
  • We take a proactive role in developing the skills of team members.
