D365 Account Manager

Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience managing customer accounts within a Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP, CRM, or technology consultancy environment.
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management and account development.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and support account growth.
• Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop strong relationships with our portfolio of Microsoft Dynamics 365 customers.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities across D365 solutions, upgrades, enhancements, and support services within Business Central.
• Understand customer goals, challenges, and business requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with our internal consultants and delivery teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
• Support customer renewals, account growth, and the identification of additional services or solutions.
• Maintain accurate account plans, customer records, and opportunity pipelines.
• Help customers maximise the value they receive from our D365 investment.
