Cybersecurity Delivery Manager

Salary: £30,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• Minimum overall experience of 15 years
• Minimum of 10 years experience in Information Security
• Minimum of 4 years experience in running a Security Operations Center for a large organization; preferable experience running a Security Operations Center providing services to multiple customers
• Minimum experience in managing a team of 100+ team members
• Required certification: at least one of CISSP, CISA, or CISM
• Required certification: at least two OEM certifications

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day working of the CSFC operations for different customers
• Ensure delivery of CSFC operations as per agreed SLAs and customer expectations
• Identify inefficiencies in operations and implement potential solutions to improve efficiency
• Own and drive improvements in operations, technology, advisory, and customer satisfaction
• Provide regular reporting on the state of customer delivery
• Maintain KPIs for the teams and report service improvement areas to senior management
• Identify risks and maintain compliance with submission of client-facing reports
