Job Description

Salary: £60,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Experience deploying collections and customer strategies with continuous improvement delivered through data-driven insights and well-constructed trials.
  • Strong analytical capabilities using SAS or SQL and other analytics packages.
  • Experience translating complex business processes and data insights into simple views and language.
  • Strong customer and commercial awareness.
  • Experience influencing change through senior stakeholder management.
  • Lean and Agile principles experience is desirable.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy smart, data-driven collections strategies linked directly to our scorecard models.
  • Assess performance by analysing cost and collections outcomes.
  • Run champion-challenger tests using tools such as SAS and SQL to identify what works best.
  • Analyse contact-channel performance and identify opportunities to eliminate waste, digitise processes, and simplify the customer journey.
  • Work closely with our Omni Channel Manager to bring new strategies to life.
  • Support automated solutions and maintain a strong control environment.
  • Ensure our activity is compliant, efficient, and delivers great customer outcomes.
