Collections Strategy Analyst
Job Description
Salary: £60,000 - 85,000 per year
Requirements:- Strong analytical capabilities using SAS or SQL and other analytics packages
- Experience deploying collections and customer strategies with continuous improvement delivery through data-driven insights and well-constructed trials
- Ability to translate complex business processes and data insights into simple views and language
- Strong customer and commercial awareness
- Experience influencing change through senior stakeholder management
- Familiarity with Lean and Agile principles is desirable
- Design and deploy smart, data-driven collections strategies linked to scorecard models
- Assess cost and collections outcomes while running champion-challenger tests using SAS and SQL
- Analyze contact-channel performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Eliminate waste, digitize processes, or simplify the customer journey
- Collaborate with the Omni Channel Manager to bring new strategies to life
- Support automated solutions and maintain a compliant and efficient control environment
