Requirements:
  • Strong Azure cloud architecture experience.
  • Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework expertise.
  • Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience.
  • DevOps and CI/CD deployment experience.
  • Cloud security and governance knowledge.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead cloud architecture design and adoption initiatives using the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure Azure cloud solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment automation.
  • Work closely with engineering and delivery teams to ensure cloud best practices are embedded.
  • Contribute to cloud governance, security and operational standards.

We are offering a 6-month contract for an experienced Cloud Architect based in South Wales with hybrid working. The role is outside IR35 and pays up to £600 per day. We are seeking support to design, adopt and evolve a large-scale cloud environment, with a focus on Azure architecture, cloud governance and modern deployment practices. Our work involves shaping cloud strategy and driving best practice across the organisation.
