Salary: £50,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong background in C# and .NET engineering within complex systems
• Proven experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams
• Experience in Agile, DevOps, or product-led environments
• Passion for building robust, scalable solutions; fintech or regulated experience is desirable
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement

We are offering a fixed-term Chapter Lead - Software Engineering role for up to 12 months within our IT Function. This is a hybrid UK-based position with 37.5 hours per week and 2 days working from home. You will join a high-impact fintech transformation programme, helping us build secure, scalable platforms that handle millions of transactions. We offer a salary of £50,000 to £70,000 per annum depending on experience, along with strong focus on learning, progression, leadership growth, flexible hybrid working, and a culture that values people, innovation, and inclusion.
