C++ Developer

Salary: £45,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require a degree in Computer Science or a similar engineering field.
• We require strong proficiency in C/C++.
• We require a solid understanding of modern SQL and No-SQL databases.
• We require an excellent grasp of algorithms, data structures, and OO design patterns.
• Capital Markets experience is a plus.
• Formal training in mathematical finance, including knowledge of interest rate pricing and risk models, will set you apart.

Responsibilities:

• We design, develop, and support robust and scalable software for risk analysis, trade booking, valuation, and regulatory reporting.
• We collaborate with business users to ensure our applications meet specifications.
• We take part in our global follow-the-sun Level 3 support team and participate in on-call rotas.
• We enhance our corporate software development standards and improve CI/CD processes.
• We automate software unit and integration testing, builds, and deployments.
