Requirements:

• Experience training or supporting non-technical users.

Responsibilities:

• Build agents and automations across Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
• Prototype LLM use cases on AWS Bedrock or other platforms by writing prompts, agent instructions, and simple evaluation criteria.
• Run structured pilot tests with Commercial and Operations teams.
• Set up simple measurement for every pilot, including baseline, pilot result, and delta.
• Iterate quickly on feedback and flag early when something is not working.
• Query and prepare data for pilots and connect prototypes to downstream platforms when needed.
• Produce build guides, prompt documentation, and integration requirements.
• Train frontline users through simple guides and short sessions.
• Support the Innovation Lab Manager with benefits data collection.
• Support the Labs tool and tech radar by testing external tools against real use cases.
• Run side-by-side comparisons with the incumbent stack and document capability, cost, and integration effort.

This role sits within our Enterprise Line of Business AI & Automation programme and is part of a high-impact Innovation Lab focused on building rapid prototypes, testing frontier AI tools, and turning early-stage ideas into validated pilots with measurable enterprise value. You will work with Commercial, Operations, Credit, Compliance, Marketing, and other partners across the business, with high autonomy in a two-person Innovation Lab and strategic exposure to how AI and automation are adopted across a major global enterprise.
