Adobe Campaign Specialist

Salary: £40,000 - 49,000 per year

Requirements:

• Previous experience delivering Adobe Campaign implementation projects
• A consultative approach to project delivery and development
• Experience working directly with end clients and owning day-to-day project delivery
• Solid working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, XML Web Services, and database design
• Experience providing technical support to clients and internal teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical ideas, problems, and solutions to non-technical people
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to work well in a team, listen, contribute ideas, and continue learning

Responsibilities:

• Build campaigns and deliveries within the platform
• Manipulate data within the front-end interface for CRM activities
• Educate clients on best-practice use of Adobe Campaign
• Advise clients on how to use multiple elements of the platform
• Troubleshoot issues through hands-on one-to-one deskside coaching sessions
• Produce documentation and training materials to support activity
• Use a consultative approach to help clients build confidence in the platform
• Understand other marketing technologies used by clients and identify comparable approaches within Adobe Campaign
• Champion the key elements that differentiate Adobe Campaign from other products
• Help clients execute day-to-day activities by empowering them to find, debug, and resolve issues themselves with support
