Senior Product Analyst, Regional Expansion

Salary: £85,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong analytical mindset and experience in product-led environments within FinTech or the financial industry
• Technical skills in Python, advanced SQL, and BI tools
• Experience working with technical teams, including product managers, engineers, and analysts
• Relevant experience in a data-driven, complex environment with limited guidance
• Understanding of events data platforms such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to translate data into compelling narratives
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take work beyond analysis to drive outcomes
• Useful additional experience: FinTech domain knowledge; familiarity with Airflow, GitHub, or dbt; experience with user-facing products and data

Responsibilities:

• Partner with product managers, engineers, and analysts to develop team KPIs and metrics
• Identify and act on opportunities to improve KPIs and product metrics
• Serve as the primary analytical point of contact for product launches
• Conduct forecasting, discovery analysis, and experimentation to support product rollouts
• Influence product decisions with robust, actionable data insights
• Build and present compelling data-driven arguments to establish conviction and support within the team
• Contribute to wider product goals that advance our mission of making money without borders
• Build and maintain data assets that help the team diagnose issues and understand product impacts
• Ensure data assets are accessible and used effectively to improve product and customer insights
