Technology Operations Analyst - Patch Management

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Patch Management and Vulnerability Management
• Strong understanding of patch management and vulnerability management processes
• Broad technical understanding of IT infrastructure technologies and how they operate, especially how patches are managed and applied
• Experience in governance, audit, risk, and compliance activities
• Knowledge of ITIL and enterprise IT operations

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end patch management lifecycle across infrastructure, endpoints, servers, and applications
• Ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and organisational standards

We are recruiting for a Technology Operations Analyst with strong Patch Management experience. The role is based in Birmingham three days a week, with two days remote. It falls inside IR35, so the successful candidate will be required to work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract.
