Azure Product Manager

Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong Microsoft Azure knowledge is essential.
• Experience working with Platform Engineering, cloud platforms or infrastructure products.
• Strong Product Management capability, particularly in strategy, prioritisation and roadmapping.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior technical teams.
• Azure expertise is the key requirement.
• Strong AWS or GCP experience without significant hands-on knowledge of the Azure ecosystem is unlikely to be sufficient.
• This role would suit a Technical Product Manager, Platform Product Manager or Cloud Product Manager with strong Azure knowledge and excellent product judgement.

Responsibilities:

• Own and develop the product strategy, roadmap and priorities for our Azure platform.
• Work closely with our Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering and Architecture teams.
• Make strategic prioritisation decisions based on business value, technical dependencies and platform outcomes.
• Challenge engineering proposals and ensure priorities remain aligned with our wider product strategy.
• Navigate competing priorities and build alignment across technical and business stakeholders.

We are hiring for an Azure Product Manager role based in Manchester, UK on a contract basis. This is an Azure-first position within an established Platform Engineering programme, where we need someone with enough technical depth to engage confidently with experienced engineers and architects, understand technical trade-offs and make informed product decisions.
